Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them.
How to start a return
Email contact@sqsale.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping cost.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale, and products that have been used, modified or damaged after delivery, cannot be returned.
