Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations may take slightly longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse. If tracking does not update within 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate.
Customs and import duties
Any customs or import duties charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
